陶瓷气体放电管(GDT)

适用于信号口防护的陶瓷放电管

气体放电管 (GDTs) 适用于保护人体以及敏感设备以避免被遭受瞬变电压的危害。Semiware的 GDTs 产品使用于主要和次要应用,并且能承受超出25KA的高冲击电流能量。气体放电管(GDT)避雷器作为电压依赖性开关。当一个电压在器件内出现大于它的额定直流击穿电压时,在GDT的气体会开始电离并引导直到达到其脉冲跳火电压。在这点上,该装置在其状态上且维持低电弧电压不管放电电流。当瞬态通过,在GDT将复位到它的非导通状态。GDT技术能够处理非常高的浪涌电流,具有非常高的断态绝缘阻力。
